Vision
We are changing the way we think about the crushing of rock samples.
Thanks to the design of a jaw system we were able to reduce the crushing time to a few seconds (one or two minutes for the hardest samples).
The possibility of introducing large quantities of the initial sample guarantees a high level of homogeneity and characterization of the final product.
How does it work
The Rockbiter C18 is based on a jaw crushing system that allows you to process large quantities of sample in one go.
Once the stone material has been inserted into the loading hopper, it is crushed by the 1.1750 manganese steel jaws (without releasing heavy metals) and subsequently sieved into two grain sizes chosen by the operator, thanks to the sieves section, which are interchangeable and also available in certified version (only on request).
